American G.I.
The primary tactical
impression for this unit is
Armored Infantrymen from
the 2nd Armored Division,
ETO (June 1944 - May
1945).  Additionally, the
summer display impression
centers around the
American defenders of
Bataan and Corregidor in
the Spring of 1942.  
Most members of this group
live in Colorado, though
several members also
reside in Wyoming and
Nebraska.  Events usually
mix between public displays
and tactical battles.  While
American G.I. does many
events in Colorado, several
events each year are also
done in surrounding states.  
American G.I. works in
partnership with
Kampfgruppe Von Rybus to
mutually promote and build
WWII reenacting here in the
Rocky Mountain/Central
Plains region.

Rybus   The "Kampfgruppe"
is a German unit based in
Colorado with membership
in Colorado and
surrounding states.  Von
Rybus contains three wings
of impression choices:
Heer, Waffen SS, and
Luftwaffe.
This reenactment group is
the finest German unit in
Colorado, and currently
boasts over 40 members,
two halftracks, and now
boasts a Panzer III tank.
